Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, we are unable to provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. This policy applies to all services, including online coolie booking, wheelchair assistance, and luggage transportation with coolies and trolleys.

Booking Modifications

  • Before Service Start: If you need to make changes to your booking before the service has started, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee the ability to modify bookings, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • After Service Start: Once the service has commenced, no modifications or changes to the booking will be allowed.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as a natural disaster or severe disruption in service, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of Cubuc and will be assessed based on the specific circumstances surrounding each case.
